Shipping

Signed copies are currently shipped within India. Shipping is included in the listed price unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch after payment has been confirmed. Please allow a reasonable processing period for your book to be signed, prepared, and shipped.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, and circumstances outside my control. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by the delivery service may occur.

Address accuracy

Please make sure that your name, shipping address, city, state, and PIN code are correct when placing your order. I cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your book arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me as soon as possible with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the package or book. I will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Returns and cancellations

Because signed copies may be personally inscribed or prepared specifically for an individual reader, returns may not be accepted once an order has been personalized or dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible after placing it. Cancellation requests can only be accommodated before the order has been prepared or dispatched.
